For some reason EBay has stopped closing returns that the buyer has not sent back in the time given which keeps our funds on hold. I can only imagine why the money grabbing evil empire is doing this. When you inquire about it, you might as well talk to yourself. Customer service agents are trained to say 'I UNDERSTAND' then give you a complete line of bull. I'm also sick of EBay copping out blaming the pandemic on their monet grabbing ideas.
