Are you on an open case now? If so, click on Partial Refund if you see it as an option. If not, contact eBay and have the rep do it for you. Any other way, will be problematic
Don't take things in your hand. You've done the almost impossible thing of convincing Buyer to a Partial Refund, let eBay do the rest for you without any unforeseen consequences
