Do you have return issue of different address?

The seller gave me a different address to return the item, so why I won't use the address written in RMA or a   written address of the letter sent to me when I clicked "return the item."

Tracking must show your item delivered back to the address shown on your Return Details page:

eBay AU is only watching the return tracking for that address. No other address @gratefulmum will get a refund.
