So you ordered and paid for an item and have not yet received it?

Couple of questions: What was the last estimated delivery date? If it's passed by at least one day, but not more than 30, you need to open an item not received case with eBay.

eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers offers good buyer protection if/when a transaction goes wrong.
