Buenos días, el último 17 de este mes de abril realiza primero una oferta, ​​cómo el vendedor no respondió la oferta entonces realiza la compra, el vendedor hizo cobro por la oferta y la compra. El día de hoy 22 de febrero recién me acabo de percatar dicho cobro doble. y le acabo de mandar un mensaje al vendedor que me haga la devolución del cobro excedente. Pero hasta el momento no obtengo respuesta.

hola no son 2 cargos exactos, y no creo que sea retencion ya que veo reflejado el cobro en mi cuenta de banco.

If you made an offer on the item, the seller probably accepted the offer and it was automatically paid.

If you bought the item before seeing if the offer was accepted, you should be receiving two items.

ebay te reembolsa si el vendedor no me responde el mensaje y no me hace el reembolso por el pago doble?

You said you made an offer on the item and the seller didn't respond.

Then you said you made the purchase.

Then you said you were charged for the offer and purchase.

Are both purchases in your purchase history?
