Hola buen dia soy de Honduras, realice una compra y el vnedor quedo de reembolsarme $1000 pero ahora el ya no me contesta, alargo el tiempo de devolucion del equipo que yo le compre, asi lo veo yo que lo uso como estrategia para que eltiempo caducara

Hello Ahora, since you've run out of time on eBay, and PayPal only allows 30 days as well for a defective item, your only option left is to file a chargeback with your card issuer.
Either file a DEFECTIVE OR NOT AS DESCRIBED chargeback at their website, or call your card issuer to file a chargeback on the phone with you.
Your card issuer might ask you to return the defective item, but tell your card issuer that VISA rules for example say that the seller pays for return shipping, if you've already (or do it now, without needing a response from the seller) asked the seller to pay for return shipping if they want the defective item back.
After that, don't talk to the seller any more @ernegonz-h76b0 and just wait for your card issuer to get the refund for you.
