I submitted a refund request to seller, but the seller denied my request because eBay listed my reason as “Did not like item.” The actual request reason was “Wrong item ordered.” What can I do?

Hi @jsobryant
'Wrong item ordered' and 'Did not like item' are BOTH considered 'buyer's remorse' reasons for requesting a return ... and a seller is able to deny the request for EITHER reason if the listing has a 'no return' policy.
[We are shown 10 reasons when we open a return request ... and WE are the only ones who can choose a reason. There is no way that eBay can choose the reason for us.]
I'm very sorry this happened, but there's really nothing you can do if the seller refuses to accept a return AND the listing shows no returns.

Those are both considered remorse reason so eBay says they can deny a return.

Best you can do is sell it on yourself or give it to someone that wants it.
