So, I ordered a motorcycle body kit, but it arrived defective. Then, the seller offered me a refund or a replacement. I chose the replacement, but the new parts never arrived. Additionally, the seller stopped contacting me. What can i do?

Did you open a case with eBay or just contacted the seller directly?

You had 30 days after receipt to open an item not as described case with eBay.

Your choice of replacement vs refund was not a great idea.

Right now and in the future just file an "item not described" case and return for refund. Makes things much smoother on your end. Then buy the item from someone else.

Each transaction needs to be completed before you start a second one.  That is what you did when you accepted a replacement, that now becomes a second transaction.   Just file an INAD for a returns, then purchase another item.  These "replacement" transactions just drag the first transaction beyond the 30 days and you lose any MBG.  Plus the replacement is not covered at all, if they do ship it.

You can always go to your payment source and attempt a charge back
