Defective Item

I purchase a "new" item and it is defective. Not new and ink was left in the copier that spilled out in the box and on my rug. I wish to return the item.

Just click RETURN THIS ITEM @janice8445

Select the ARRIVED DAMAGED reason, upload a photo of the box, add a comment, and click Submit request.

 

On Friday, if you still don't have a refund or a prepaid return label, go back to click Ask eBay to step in, to get help.

Nothing is showing in my eBay account. None of my previous purchases, nothing. Here is the invoice.

Look here for the message on May 19 with your copier inside.

 

Click on the copier, then start your return request right away. If you wait until tomorrow @janice8445 you won't be able to ask eBay to step in until next week, instead of on this Friday.

Everything is gone except my Name and the purchase numbers that I have had people respond too.
