Counterfeit Automotive Parts - How can I report a fraudulent scamming seller and get a refund?

I recently purchased a set of 8 Bosch Fuel injectors and they are 100%  confirmed counterfeit - The seller has a low transaction history with only a dozen completed sales.    I have contacted the seller who said I will need to return the item and he will inspect and make a decision to refund me. I don't not trust this person and feel that all the items he has listed on his store are fake knock off counterfeit parts.   Is there a way I can get a full refund with the help of Ebay in this matter ?  This person has already scammed me and I feel I need the help of Ebay to look into this matter and the counterfeit parts this person is selling.    Any suggestions and who can help me at ebay?    Thank you

Open a case for not as described, return and get a refund.  You can report the seller but likely nothing will happen, they may not even know.  Injectors aren't a big item to forge in my experience, you should be able to identify them as they normally have a 10 digit serial number starting with 04.  That is not always the case though and you should be able to verify the number with Bosch.

YOU can help you at eBay.

Go to the item(s) in your Purchase History and push the big, blue 'Return this item' button. Select a reason that matches your claim (Doesn't seem authentic) and submit the claim. You'll receive a return shipping label and you'll be refunded when the part(s) make it back to the seller. If you don't have a label soon (check the Case timeline), ask eBay to step in and you'll be refunded.

This is the eBay Money Back Guarantee and it's iron-clad for buyers when used properly. You might want to read it.

Good luck.

After you've followed the advice of others here and opened an item not as described case, then you need to take the time to go back and read eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers.  eBay offers very good assistance if/when a transaction goes wrong.  Be sure to follow the directions given exactly.

BTW, I see you are also a seller with a good reputation.  Congratulations if you have been here since 2004 without ever having to deal with or open an item not as described case.

And just to confirm to you, the seller has no part of the refund process, so what they said to you about inspecting and making a decision is all B/S.  Don't let him intimidate you!  And don't even communicate with him anymore, it's not needed.
