So i get a email from eBay regarding a return i sent back saying i didn't do. But you cant respond to them from this email . So i go through all of the options they give, looking for one that allows me to talk directly to eBay with no luck . How do i fix this problem, if i cant respond to let them know that i sent the item back 2 weeks ago? Meanwhile i look up the tracking number and it says it was returned weeks ago. I just don't get it! What happened to being able to pick up the phone and actually talk to a person that can help fix a rather easy problem ..

When you go to the return case, what does it show?

Is the return tracking number there?

Yes its there. If you copy it and go to USPS and track it it says its been delivered (9400111202460862009760)

.. So i have no idea why eBay says it hasn't been delivered . Would be nice to talk to someone here at eBay about this ...

If your seller doesn't volunfartily refund @giul_char after a return, quickly get it in done in one step, before it expires.

Simply leave a private message for eBay here on Facebook or open an account just for this message with your name and so on, and ask eBay to review the tracking and refund.
