@kukulaka

In the text box where you write in something to the effect of why you are returning the product:

Make it a couple of sentences and use two lines to do it.

Let us know if that works.

Confirm Return Button Grayed Out

This had just happened to me as well. And I have found the solution. Read on.

Why did it happen to me? Because I had some bad luck recently with buying from eBay. Yes, I know eBay "says" it wants me to buy without worry, everything is guaranteed. But, in reality, if you search for this exact issue, you will find several threads discussing it. And in one of them, the "best answer" will include a line that "ebay has decided to require "SOME BUYERS" to [jump thru more hoops to punish them]".
This is the reality of the eBay guarantee. Got bad luck? Got scammed? eBay screwed you? Well, it is YOUR FAULT! You will need to have a hard time returning!  You need to do more paying and less complaining!

What is my proof?

Well, lets take a look at the solution.  SOLUTION: Upload 10 pictures AND fill the entire text field with your complaint until you can't add any more text. The ebay coder had set the condition for the submit button to become enabled like so intentionally. If it was unintentional, it would be fixed YEARS ago. But take notice, so many complaints, and ...? And nothing. Just **bleep** explanations. If you take ebay to court, of course, they will say "oh, lookie here! This is a honest mistake! Bad coder!". But you, my dear ebay shopper is not computer whiz. You don't know. And this is why they made it this way to make you just give up. Forget the returns. Just pay the ebay for everything they do wrong. JUST PAY.

eBay Guarantee: You're covered, if you can figure out our little scams.
