Closed my return, never received $283 refund for fake "Apple" earpods

Our house and everything we own burned in Eaton Fire. Cannot get any link to Customer help to step in with a refund we never received. Now Ebay says the return was closed on Jan 27th while we were dealing with the fire digging out rubble, finding temporary housing, submitting FEMA and insurance claims, trying to replace important paperwork. NO where is there a contact us customer service link to ask for help. I am SO angry at eBay for this.

The seller has our money AND our returned item. This is a fraud and I don't see where to get help.

At least @andreadavisphd this predicament is easy to solve, if you paid with PayPal or a credit card. Don't try to talk to the seller anymore, and instead just go for your refund.

At PayPal, file another return request here if your still within 30 days of the original delivery. Then provide the return tracking when asked, to get your refund.

Otherwise file a CREDIT NOT PROCESSED chargeback with your card issuer, and provide the return tracking to get your refund.

Why?

They gave you the opportunity to return them. ebay can't just give everyone an unlimited amount of time to do everything. It isn't feasible. 

Now that the MBG has expired you can go to your funding source.
