Hi, I purchased item and the condition of that not was good as description, After I open return case seller not was agree and said I can accept return if I pay for return. I did that and back to eBay to add track number and Mark As Return but I found I'm not able to change the carrier and track number, Please help me if you know how I can change return tracking info.

The seller is who should issue a return label... this updates the Return in eBay's system. Was the Return approved?

-Seller responded that item is as described and if you want to return, you need to buy a return label
-You bought a return label and can not load the tracking number into the open case

Seller has given you wrong information, you don't have to buy postage
Return your label and take a refund
Go back to the case, if it's time for eBay to step in, click on 'Have us step in'
You need eBay's help to finish this return, you need to contact eBay and have them step in your case and guide you
You have a Seller whom is playing you and your only choice is eBay's help. eBay will issue a label for you. You need to use that label

Have you already shipped the item back? If so, you need to get in touch with eBay to get the return tracking info loaded into the return.
If you have not shipped use the info in post 3.
