Cant request a return without sending photos.

I have photos and they are JPG but the system keeps saying that my photos need to be JPG and they are but the system won't upload them to send to the seller. I can't send a message to the seller without photos. I've tried to contact a live agent but that option does not seem to be available. Any suggestions would be helpful.

You can request a Return without sending photos, although the seller may be slightly happier about the refund if he sees the problem himself.

Explain your difficulty to him.

If he is refusing to process a refund without pictures, well, it won't get better.

Open a Not As Described dispute and go from there.

No pictures required.

Some times in order to submit a return request a picture is now required.

I have found photos 800 to 1200 pixels on the horizontal side are optimal for uploading there.

I also found I couldn't submit the return request without uploading photos AND typing something in the message box.
