Cannot Find my shipping label

Hey everyone. I recently had a laptop returned to me that was also insured. I cannot find the shipping label, however, I can find the item listing and see refund details. I did refund the item and shipping because I felt bad that the buyer got an item that was damaged. I did pay for eBay's shipping insurance and didn't see the shipping label anywhere so I could open a claim. If anyone could help me out, that would be awesome.

If you used eBay Shipping to purchase your label, look on yiour label management page:

You can also find a record of the label's payment in your Paypal account.

I know exactly how to get to the shipping labels and orders. I did refund shipping for the buyer so I don't know if that removed insurance.

The item was damaged during shipping?

Yes it was, the buyer messaged me with pictures and I had him return the item so I could inspect it and determine repairs

I should also mention that I refunded him in full (Including shipping)
