Hello!
I received an item recently I had purchased and when it arrived it was clearly damaged during shipping (Diecast car with the spoiler snapped off and splitter bars broken. Those problems were not present on the seller's description or in the pictures of the item), and wanted to make a return to get my money back. The seller did not offer returns, so I went through eBay's Money Back Guarantee, which the seller accepted very quickly.
A few minutes later I received an email from eBay saying my return shipping label was ready to print, and to click the link they provided to print it out and return. However, upon clicking this link, there was no return shipping label to be found, and in fact the Return page for the item had skipped straight from "Started" to "Refunded", passing right by the "Delivered" step. The top of the page also says "You received a refund!", and there are no other links I can click for how to proceed. The item is no longer on my "Purchase History" page, so I have no way of printing the shipping label to send the item back.
I fully intend on shipping the item back, as it wouldn't be fair for me to receive a refund without them receiving their item, so I messaged them asking if they intended to send a refund, or if they had accidentally sent it preemptively, and haven't heard anything back yet. I suppose my question to you guys here is what steps should I follow now, assuming the seller does not answer my message? I have (I think) no way of accessing the return label, no other options (I think) on the eBay site for what I can do, and I feel a bit stuck.
Thank you!

Your buyer refunded you.
They decided the cost of shipping two ways was not worth having the broken item back.
You certainly can ship it back if you like but you are under no obligation to so and it would be at your expense.

Ok, thank you for your answer! You were correct. I received a message back from the seller, who said that the cost of shipping wasn't worth it, but they had the package insured and are going to attempt to claim the insurance for it using the pictures I sent them of the damage. Thank you so much!

Well, for the time being if you have everything (item & packaging) hang onto it to assist the seller with the claim.
Sometime photos are not enough. The carrier may want to see everything to approve/deny a claim.
