Cancel a counteroffer

I did it once. Got a better deal and want to cancel a counteroffer I sent and totally forget. I’m on the “classic website” I go to offers and it won’t let me hit delete. I didn’t once before but forget how too. Does anyone know?

Offer's can't be retracted if more than an hour have passed.

I don’t think it has been. Almost now but. I remember on the phone the woman said to go to classic site mode and how to do it I just forget. I got to where my offers are and it won’t let me hit the check mark and hit delete. Thanks for answering

I do remember doing review offer and retract, but I can’t get to it this time. I see the item but it doesn’t come up like that last time. And it still has 47 hours left. Maybe I can message him or maybe because he doesn’t accept returns
