The customer service website keeps leading me in circles, and every time I have finally selected the action I want to take it leads me to registering an account despite being already logged in, it's very frustrating.
I purchased an item that hasn't been shipped nor arrived, it is past 12 days since the delivery date now. I can check my order details but can't contact the seller nor select it not having arrived. It's like this order was never placed nor existed, it is only viewable through my order confirmation email and its link.
I just wish there was an email I could contact since the website isn't leading me anywhere or a live service phone call I could use 😅 not sure what to do at this point. I've also tried to find my order through the "find guest order" (I thought maybe I might've ordered as a guest and that's why the order doesn't show up on my account...?) and nothing as well.

Did you place the order as a guest?

Well because it is past the delivery date you need to file a "Not Received" case against the seller. Seller has to provide a tracking number or else they need to refund you. If they don't answer in time then Ebay steps in and refunds you if you escalate the claim. Ebay doesn't have a direct number. You don't even need to contact them. Just file the claim.

The 'order confirmation email' is where you can file an 'item not received' claim. DO IT NOW!
If you cannot find a way to file the 'item not received' claim from either your confirmation email OR your Purchase History ... then phone your credit card company and request a chargeback.
I would first try to file the link to file it with eBay. You do NOT need to contact Customer Service to do this. You might try going to the eBay UK website to do that (www.ebay.co.uk/) ... since that is where you are registered.

Have you followed these steps: Go to the item in your Purchase History.
Open an item not received case. You have 30 days after that last estimated delivery date to do this. Then wait 4 days. Still no item, no response from seller and no tracking showing delivery?
You return to that case you opened and ask eBay to step in. You will be refunded.
There is no other way to be refunded on eBay for a package that has not been received.

If you did buy as a guest, when you go to the confirmation email and click on the link to open a request, make sure that you are already signed out of your eBay account. I think that they might ask you to register for an account but you can't use this current account if you didn't make the purchase with it.
