Can’t cancel Refund Return . Help

I accidentally entered “shipped already” , for a product I wanted to return . But now I can’t cancel the refund return .

I don’t want to return my product and contacted the seller but wasn’t able to cancel the refund return as well. 
Please someone help, how can it be resolved ?
