1) Depends. What is the Seller's return policy & what is the reason for return?
If it's not as described or missing parts or broken or damaged, seller automatically pays.
If you don't like it or it doesnt fit or you dont need it and the seller accepts those types of returns, it depends on their stated return policy in the listing.
2) I see no reason you can't print a duplicate shipping label, but only 1 can be used. As sellers we can reprint labels. You know, "SHEET" happens... printer runs out of ink or printer is wonky or dog eats you shipping label, need to reprint it, you can reprint it. I see no reason buyer return labels are any different
