I am totally displeased with eBay, I ordered an item in which I am to think I was sent the wrong item,  now eBay or PayPal will not return $34.19,,,really.  Now I am stuck with something I do not want.  I will NEVER order from eBay through PayPal again.  RIDICULOUS.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to open a case to get a refund.  An INAD (item not as described) case should get you refunded.  Have you tried to do this?

Did you read the MBG?

Were you sent the wrong item or do you just think you were?

If you ordered the wrong item then it is a remorse return and if the seller accepts you will pay to ship it back.

Why do you think you were sent the wrong item? Does it not match the listings?

If that is the case you have 30 days from delivery to file "not as described"

If eBay and PayPal have both denied your request for return, you can sell the item or give it away.

File a "not as described case" and explain it is the wrong item. Return the item and the seller will give you your money back. If they don't wait until the time given and then have Ebay step in. Also communicate with your seller.  Now if you waited over 30 days then your time as expired and returns are no longer an option on Ebay unless the seller agrees.

The is non-sensical? You are to think you were sent the wrong item?

Do you have the item? Is it not what your ordered? 

Do you not have it yet and 'think' you ordered the wrong item?

You can easily return your items on ebay with the money back guarantee.....
