By mistake I clicked on Return item how to it cancel

As Seller I clicked on Return accepted I want to cancel  the second question is I written buyer will pay return cost but Ebay is asking through email to pay Return label  cost while this cost has to pay by Buyer not me . How I can solve this issue

When eBay is telling you to pay for return shipping @nakhtarsyed -- that means your buyer started an Item not as described return request.

In an INAD return request, your options are to

1. accept the return and pay for the return shipping,

2. just refund outright no return needed, or

3. offer a partial refund.

You cannot require the buyer to pay for return shipping in an INAD return request.

If you don't resolve the request yourself, then either you or the buyer asks eBay to step in it

- eBay will force a refund no return needed, and

- you will earn a nasty defect,

Where is INAD ? very difficult with ebay , Amazon has customer agent can talk easily but Ebay I did not find any customer service agent . I sent two emails to them but no response

You can't cancel the return.

The buyer claims the meter doesn't work right and you have to pay the return shipping.

Once a return is accepted there's no way to cancel it. @lac358232 had some helpful advise too!
