Buyer open fraudulent INR

Hello!

So I got this email from eBay stating that their item was not received:

inrinr

Tracking shows that the item was delivered in mailbox

But then, the buyer started to say in the message such as the item is falsely described and other stuff

The listing in question is for a Cracked iPhone 7 A1660 (Listing #: 393599363938). I have tried to describe it with as much info as I can.

What should I do? This is my first time having this happened to me.

Thank you! (My English is not that good, so sorry in advance if I made any mistakes)

Accepted Solutions

Buyer open fraudulent INR

If the item is marked as 'Delivered', you're protected from an Item Not Received claim. If the buyer opens a Return request, citing 'Not as Described', I'd accept it. If the buyer doesn't open that type of case, you're done for now!
