I sold a brand new pair of $175 men's ECCO shoes for $35. After Ebay's fees, I made about $5 for packing up the shoes and going to the post office. The ad read no returns. The buyer states that the shoes are blue and not black and wants to return them. The shoes are definetely black. I cannot contact Ebay or the buyer. It is so frustrating. If I send a return shipping label, I have now lost money. Ebay has become an awful place to sell items. Especially when people lie. Does anyone have any ideas on how to make the NO Returns work. Thank you.

No returns doesn't mean no refunds.
To make the no returns work, just refund the buyer.

A seller can have a no returns policy and deny returns with a remorse type return reason.
Sellers cannot deny a refund for a return with an Item Not As Described type return reason.
You can refund now if you want and allow the buyer to keep the shoes or approve sending the return label, get the shoes back, then refund. Try to sell the shoes for more the 2nd time.

Yup. 'No Returns' just means you never want to see your item again. When I sold, I did offer 30-Day (buyer pays) Returns and I had no problem accepting remorse returns. (Get it back, reprice it, relist it.) I found the second buyer to be the right buyer.
Yours being a NAD Return... it's your call. You'll refund in full, but can do it without paying return shipping. Good luck.

Sorry, you can't. No such thing as no returns in this venue.
I once had a buyer return an item saying I shipped the wrong color. It only came in that one color !
