Bought iPhone SE2 on eBay, suspect it may be stolen - return blocked, need help

Hello, everyone. I recently bought an iPhone SE2 on eBay, but I’m now concerned that it might be a stolen device. After receiving it, I found it’s still linked to an Apple ID, and I asked the seller to remove it. However, they haven’t responded. Additionally, it seems that they set it up to block any return requests, so I can’t initiate a return through eBay. Does anyone have advice on how to handle this situation? Thank you in advance for your help.

Go to your purchases and file a return request - Not As Described.

You have 30 days from delivery to file a return request so do it as soon as you can.

Go to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.

Have a great day.

The buyer cant stop or block a return for an item Not as Described.  Select return and choose not as described as the reason.

This is one reason why many sellers have their funds held is to cover these situations, but you need to file within the time frame.
