eBay is trying to make me cover for an institution hold, knowing the buyer is lying. Already tried to return for buyers remorse. Then filed and lied and said that he did not recieve what was ordered? I’ve contacted usps and told them not to deliver me Anything to my address. As the bbb told me to. This is the 2nd time they’ve tried this in 3 years. I do not believe in paying for others remorse. What do I do besides get ahold of bbb.

if you are refusing delivery of a returned not as described item, Ebay will refund your buyer, you wont get your item back, and you will receive a major defect.BBB has absolutely no power over Ebay. You certainly have a lot of unhappy customers.
