A return issue.

I am trying to find contact info. for Ebay to advise them of a return issue. I noticed they have made it harder to do that. Their automated assistant is of no use to me. Anyone know how to contact them directly by email or phone?

Many issues on eBay can be resolved without speaking with an actual CS rep and it often works out better that way.

You've not indicated whether your issue is as a seller or as a buyer.  How about returning here and giving all the relevant details of your problem? We may be able to help or to direct you to a way to fix the problem.

I don't see listings, so I'll assume you're the buyer. What is the return issue you speak of?

The automated assistant can be used to request a call back or a chat with an agent.

 

What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.

 

Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.
