3Dprinter ordered Sculpto 3D printerIt arrived with no packing slip No return information Not sure what to do it will not link up to my Wi-Fi no matter what process I do it will not run I need to return it and get my money back but it doesn’t even show up on eBay but it does my bank account suggestions

Just click on the blue button inside any email from eBay about your purchase, to find the item again.

 

Then @dast7464 click "Return this item" to start your return request

How long has it been since you received the printer?

Have you checked the manufactures web site to see if there are any tips to get it connected?

Just two days I believe it said manufacture date of 2007 or 2017 I can’t get a hold of nobody I tried the 2G like it said I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and the app doesn’t even come up like the video I can get it to go all the way to locate printer and that’s as far as it will go
