If we feel item specifics in certain categories are missing some key specs, where can we send a list of suggestions for fields that we think should be added?
Are you sick of my questions yet?

Can you please submit a suggestion for the ability to edit the title of a MV variation? For example, let's say it's a listing for cookie cutters and the variations are:LionTigerBearBut then I get more stock in a larger size so I add variations:Lion 5"Tiger 5"Bear 5"I want to be able to edit the existing variation titles to:Lion 3"Tiger 3"Bear 3"This has always driven me crazy and I'd love to change it! Not to mention how great it would be to add the MV listing option to many more categories...
This would be a lot more convenient! However, to maintain sales history on an item we can't allow the individual variations to be edited once the listing is live. As you know, you can end the listing and change them that way on a relist, which I imagine is probably what you're trying to avoid. Sorry about that.

Yes, I know but I always forget about that since most of the quick links are under My eBay. I automatically look to the top right for quick links, even after all these years.
I realize that's my problem. It just seems more intuitive to have them in one place. Thanks for passing along the suggestion.

Thanks, Heidi. I've been selling for more than 15 years. I probably know eBay's "best practices" by heart.

Hello all.
With regards to returns, I have been reading of late that for a US seller that ships internationally, and cannot provide a return shipping label to a buyer out of the US, ebay is saying to send "cash" via PayPal.
This is sort of unbelievable. Suppose the buyer simply keeps the cash and does not return the item? Is there any recouse for the seller should this happen?
Thank you in advance.
Sending money is only one option; the seller can also provide a prepaid label for the buyer to use. It is up to the seller to select the option that will work best for them. We don't offer protection for the situation you describe and would recommend providing a label if you are concerned.

Someone asked for examples of search issues:
search: "Star Trek" (episode 14, Galileo 7) got 28 results
search: "Star Trek" Galileo 7 got 65 results
Another thing that is happening more and more often:
a search gives, say, 101 results, but only 18 are displayed
and there's no way to go to another page, or ask for more.
Hi @vrykalak - The more keywords you add to the search bar, the more refined the search results will be. With that working as is, the behavior in your first comment seems to be working as intended.
As for the second point, search results will show a total amount of items within the search. So if 18 listings appear but they have multiple quantity available, it will calculate that into the total search results shown.

Many years ago--the last century!--there was a "wish list" or "ISO" option, where you could tell people what you wanted to buy. I haven't seen it for years. Does it still exist? If so, how do I find it? If not, what are the chances of reinstating it?

eBay Classifieds (separate from the Classified Ad format on eBay.com) was shut down last year. There are still several links & information on the policy pages for eBayclassifieds.com. These should be addressed. Just a couple of the pages:
Great callout! Happy to let you know that this help page is under review at the moment and we will be updating all references to eBay Classifieds here shortly.

The seller hub has gone through a few changes in that last couple days. The changes are obviously geared toward mobile use which is okay I guess, although I would never try to run an online business from a mobile device, but thats me just a full time online seller since 2001.
I do have an issue that I want to tell you about. It is in the orders tab and the time frame you have it set to show regardless if you are searching under
These are the left side bar options as before but now in the drop down box for time frame we only have a very limted amount of choices.
This is not going to work for registered businesses that need to break down specific transaction by a specific month( current month, last month only, etc like we had at the beginning of the seller hub.
I actually do not want to sell here at eBay if these options are not available moving forward. I will either opt out of seller hub until I am forced to use it or quit selling here al together. I need access to that data for income taxes, sales tax, monthly sales totals we monitor and without this in place I am not sure about eBay as a business friendly enviroment moving forward.
The way you have it now I would need to do my reports on an exact date to get just current month, or last month or the last 3 months which are all important time frame for businesses running as businesses and having to file taxes and such.
Please inform the group that is working on this and tell them the importance oif this info to businesses. I do not care to here our data says it is rarely used. Without it eBay will never be used by myself.
Good Luck Selling!

Great question! Item specifics are tied to the listing category, so reaching out to them is best. You can reach them at: sdsupport@ebay.com. 🙂

Definitely understandable! I've gotten this suggested to the content teams for review and possible enhancement 🙂

Hello Everyone,
Please explain what "Bundle Listing" means on the Sell Your Item form. Seller chooses yes or no. Just popped up today for me.
Thanks!

Thank you Trinton. Can you provide a link on how to provide a prepaid shipping label if I (usa seller) my customer is in France or the Ukraine?
