My understanding is that the TRS discount for US sellers is only on the product amount of the sale for domestic transactions.
@mam98031 To my knowledge we haven’t announced a change to the Top Rated Seller discount in regards to international transactions. It’s hard to say what may have happened without looking at a specific example. If you run into that again, please tag me so I can take a look.

@carlqsportscards Without digging into your account, what this sounds like is a potentially short-paid/overpaid label charge from USPS. You can check this here: https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng for more information with the tracking/item number. If that’s not what you’re seeing, feel free to tag me in a thread for follow up.

@mybargaincomics In my experience the listing updates immediately across all sites, so the title should have updated. Please tag me in a thread and share some screenshots and the item number. This will allow me to take a deeper look.

@renegade-chance I’m glad to hear you love those colors as much as I do! There’s a mix of pastel and dark colors for the Holiday Edition items. From what I’ve been told, we recently sold out of the Holiday Edition tape and I’m unsure if it will be restocked. It would be worth keeping an eye on the store. If we do get it in stock it’s likely to sell out fast because it’s very popular.

Hi @my-cottage-books-and-antiques - I'm unaware of any announcement made about this benefit of being Top Rated going away. I will see if there's more to the story that I can find out!

We apologize for any confusion regarding our current Promoted Listings credits for both Top Rated Sellers and Anchor and Enterprise store subscribers. We regularly review our various promotions to ensure they are providing the best opportunity to help our sellers grow, and we will give you time to adjust if there are any changes made to these promotions, but we don’t have any changes to announce at this time.
