hi all, anybody have info/advice on this. i had a buyer contact me to find that the zoom feature is not working on my photos. has something changed recently? ive not had this issue before. i use windows 10 and edge with no problems before and have not downloaded any new software. cheers.
In order for the zoom picture feature to work, your image must be at least 800 pixels in the longest dimension; anything less will not work. I checked your most recent listing, and the image was 375 x 500 pixels -- too small.
