Are you referring to the one in your purchase history or eBay Summary? When it is gray that means you selected that page as your landing page.

Ah, I just had a lightbulb moment. Are you referring to this?

If so, hovering over it tells you what the icon is for. If you click on it it makes that page your default My eBay homepage. It's the universal bookmark icon, not specifically a flag.

Edit: I had this page stuck open and did not see @ebooksdiva earlier reply until after I posted. Sorry for duplicating the info.

Here's a not so fun fact about that...once you click on  the flag you can't unclick it. Found that out the hard way.

You can't unselect it, but you can select it on a different page to change the default, right?

I would be totally down for testing it to see if there's a way out of it, but I don't want my account stuck like yours. 😂

But if nobody comes along here with a solution, I'd suggest tagging one of the eBay reps to see if they can help.

A user named swappart has written a third-party browser extension that can override eBay's landing page option and choose Seller Hub instead:
