view counter not working dashes instead been like this for at least 2 weeks. Why has no one fixed it

Short answer....because they're incompotent. I've called 2-3 times for the issue and I get the same response. "We are aware of the issue and will resolve it as soon as possible" "I will add your username to the trouble ticket" All I hear is a robotic voice now when I talk to CS. I mean think about how incompotent they have to be let this problem go on this long. Not to mention the half dozen or more other problems that have popped up during this time. I mean the disappearing pictures thing they resolved in a few days right? So why all this time to fix something like page views? As somebody who knows a little about programming and code like I said it's either pure incompotence or just a lack of interest in fixing the problem. And if it's the latter it makes you wonder...why?

I know, this is crazy?! Want us to pay more money but everthing is messed up. On my I phone shows no views on items that should have several? Makes me mad.

It's been almost 4 weeks that views counter has not been working on my account. Every once in a while it works for one time then after leaving the page for any reason then returning, the counter is not working again. From what I have read elsewhere about this problem, the views counter is an important tool for most sellers to judge how they should adjust their listings or even pull them. I know that I use it for that as well.

It's RIDICULOUS and we have no way of NOT paying our fees! We are hostage to their terms! Makes me mad, don't know what to relist because I don't know who looked at what!

So frustrated with this.  Are my products being viewed?  What am i paying for? Im about to pull my inventory.
