There are massive problems in the Multiple-Variation listings right now.
I've been using them regularly since they first rolled them out and they've always had bugs, but it was always possible to avoid them or work around them.
That's no longer the case.
The problems got bad about three weeks ago and have gotten much worse this week. Yesterday I spent three utterly wasted hours trying to create a simple listing and trying to find workarounds for the bugs.
The error messages don't make any sense either. One of them referred to the eBay DEFAULT setting, something eBay puts in, not the user. Another one is incoherent and also refers to something eBay controls.
I gave up. I simply could not find a combination of information that the software would accept, even when I removed most of the information, even when I started again with a new listing.
I have products that buyers have requested that I can't list (many of my buyers want multiple designs from the same listing so I am NOT going to make the buyer go to a dozen different listings to buy them, they do NOT like doing that and some are not comfortable enough with computers to figure out how to go to several different listings).
eBay can't make money and we can't make money if the basic listing tool is severely broken.
