hello i have problem with my seller account now is restricted and i recived message to reactivate and contact ebay but when i click on contact service i get this message "Something went wrong. We’re sorry."

can any one help me ??

The problem may have something to do with your location. You may not be able to get a call back in Macedonia.

Try using the chat assistant to request a chat with an agent instead of a call back. Use the Help & Contact link at the bottom of the page. Use the "Contact us" link and follow the prompts for your issue and you should eventually wind up on a page with a chat assistant link. Choose that, and the last option that appears in the chat window -- use the "See more" option -- should be "Contact an Agent" to request a call-back if you are in North America or a chat if you are anywhere.
