I have issues to escalate the case as mentioned in ebay email, I could not follow the steps:

I have the same issue. It seems that I cannot contact ebay to step in. The only option I get is to contact seller which I did numerous times with no reply. Very disappointing of ebay. E bay contact service and resolution center really sacks.

Call ebay and report the issue with their site and have the rep look into your return.
