Today I ran a transaction report (actually 2), but when refreshed to show "download" nothing happens when I click on "download".
Is it just me?????
On a PC, using Firefox.
Have an "ad blocker", but get no pop up warning about being blocked.
Have done these before, and all was fine.
Also can not open the ones that I previously ran/viewed. Viewed them, but did not print all.
Just want to review with a final crunch of #'s before filing taxes.

I need to know the total $$ that I refunded, and a CSV file isn't helping.
You should be able to open a CSV file with a spreadsheet program such as Excel.
If the CSV file does not open in Excel by default, try right clicking on the file and choosing "Open with" and then select "Excel".

Check the Downloads folder on your PC. Maybe the files ended up there anyway without the normal pop up notification.
Opening the files you previously downloaded/viewed/printed is dependent on the file name extension and using the correct file viewer or program.
.PDF files use Adobe
.CSV files use EXCEL or can be viewed in Notepad although the columns won't be aligned.

Thanks for the reply.
After reading your post I checked, and indeed it did download each time that I clicked on it, but as you suggested it is a CSV file that is of little to no use to me. Line after line of data is an unusable mess.
Prior to this I was able to open the report, and choose to save it as a Microsoft spread sheet to extract the data that I was looking for, and to print something that made sense. Those from before, I can access in my "documents", but the same process that I previously used in my "seller hub" does not work now.
I need to know the total $$ that I refunded, and a CSV file isn't helping.

I went to the "downloads", and was able to right click, and choose to open a spreadsheet to see what I needed to see.
I did not have to do it that way earlier this month, or in January. When I ran the reports then I am very certain that I had the option right there in the seller hub to open the report with the Microsoft works spreadsheet.
