suspended account with pending order

i bought an item a month ago, on 5th feb, it says it should arrive by 26th mar. shortly after placing an order i received an email saying the order has shipped. in the meantime i tried to login back into the account i bough it with, but i couldnt remember the password and they suspended my account (for what reason, idk). will my order still arive? the seller still exists on ebay…

You say that the order has shipped... do you see movement when you track the shipment?

"order was shipped"...why wouldn't you not get it? What does tracking show?

"suspended account"?...usually eBay tells you why.

If seller gets a notification not to mail item out by eBay but did...seller can have item returned (seller pays a fee to have item returned back). Kind of depends on how expensive item was. Seller would never request a return on something cheap.
