You are in Alaska and are seeing what I call the HATA bug (Hawaii, Alaska, Territories, APO/FPO).
Change your zip code to 90210 on the shipping and payments tab of one of your listings (or any any eBay listing) or on a search page of all your items when in "Price+Shipping: Lowest First" mode, and then go look at your store.
The bug appears to have morphed - your item show in search but not in your store which is a change from when items showed neither place. There is no fix even though eBay has known about it for 1 to 2 years. Using 90210 or 10012, or whatever allows you to view your store as needed, and you can take some small comfort in the fact that only about 2% of the US population can't see you store items but can find them in search.
