sorting

ebay's "sort by XXXX" has stoped working on my computer. Anyone else have the same problem?

What browser are you using?

What happens when you try to change the sort order?

Do you have the same problem if you try another browser?

I too have been having this issue for at least two months now. I use Safari High Sierra  on a Mac desktop. Nothing happens when you click on the drop down to sort. Also the customize block next to it does not work.

I did try Firefox just now and it works on Firefox. It also works on my iPad using Safari. Just not on desktop.

Are you able to change the sort order of your results by going to the Advanced Search page, and changing the sort there?

It might be worth trying to delete your Safari browser cache:

Thank you for the quick response! Yes, I just tried it using the advanced search and it works that way. Also once I get a search page using that method, I am able to change the sort order from the search page! Just doesn't want work the other way.

Also, just for info, I do clear cache and cookies at least once per day and sometimes more!
