At what point does this **bleep** stop!?  I guess when we are forced to weekly payments???? but does it stop there.. why I am still unable to pay for shipping lables with the 300$ you just sent me.. FedEx and UPS labels are still estimted and billed later.. but somehow I still have to pay with PAYPAL.. which is what we are supposed to be trusted to walk away from for a simple shipping label..  why can't i pay through a debit card from the account you sent me money with? say you take a vacation and you get your weeklies paid, you come back to fedex and ups charges that sit you a bit negative.. now I still need to deal with paypal.. I abandoned paypal to deal with ebay managed payments.. WHAT ABOUT NEW SELLERS? I've been asked from friends..  do I need a paypal account? you shouldn't.. but i guess you do.

You should be able to pay shipping out of your pending funds.  It's just that eBay set it up through the rear orifice and that option is not in the account settings .  What you need to do is go to "buy label" on your next order and scroll to the very bottom, there you will find a poorly visible option to use your pending funds as a source, and once you click on it, there will be an option to use it for all future purchases.  You can also use pending funds to pay the fees, but that's in a different place, buried somewhere in the actual settings.
