I Have received a weird message saying eBay sign in refused to connect, when I was attempting to set my USPS shipping rates in the form to post. I tried two different browsers, and signed in & out again, but still getting the same page. Never had this message in l8 years on eBay. Since someone here suggested to sign out and sign in again, I am posting here to ask for any other solutions. If no answer, will try to contact eBay tomorrow. Assume it's n IT glitch of some sort, but don't like to make assumptions. If anyone has a solution for me, please share here & thank you...

eBay traditionally does updates on Thursday nights, but I believe that there are also some Tuesday night updates as well. Not sure if this is due to that, but it very well could be.
When those updates are happening, various odd errors can result.
If you get the same error tomorrow, definitely check the boards to see if others are getting the same error and give eBay a call.

Same, noticed it yesterday. Also noticed not charging correct shipping. Had a customer purchase an item that has the shipping set at 11.99 and it charged the customer 9.99. When I went into the listing to edit and pull up shipping options, it says Ebay can't connect. Very annoying.

I went to my account settings and clicked on business policies. It had me log in and now it is working on the listing when I look at shipping options. Not what we should have to do but might help.
