This seems to be browser related
I am on windows 10 with edge my labels printed fine
Other are having issues with IE and Firefox but say Chrome is also working.

Others are just logging in & printing via Paypal.

I too have problems with labels coming out blank. Ran a printer diagnostic and it is fine. Tried to print just by clicking print label instead of opening the print window and got a print out from eBay that said SOMETHING WNET WRONG. WE'RE SORRY.

This is an eBay issue with IE.  Use Chrome or Firefox.  Make sure label preview opens with Adobe.

Yes! Started on June 14th. Tried printing the same label 4 times and was charged 2.77 for each. Had to
give a reason and void, so will have to wait 15 days to get refunded. First time this has ever happened since I started in 2002. I have other auctions on and plan to cancel them before they end. No bids anyway. I hope this ends soon. What is that called that e-Bay says is ending in June...Active something? Maybe that is causing us to have blank labels. Good luck to us and soon! I called THEM AND THEY SAID, SOMETIMES IT WORKS AND OTHER TIMES IT DOESN'T.. GEE! THAT HELPS A LOT! 😞

Chome is working for me, no problems.

If the label doesn't print just use the free Reprint option, with a different browser other than IE.

I use IE and had to use the Windows snipping tool to copy the label to a word document and print it.  eBay has been ignoring IE for Chrome more and more over the years so I would say to move all your eBay activities over to Chrome

I'm using Chrome / Windows 10 & cannot print labels from Ebay. It kept saying try again later, all day. I finally went into paypal, clicked Multi shipping & it automatically migrated all my items I needed to ship from Ebay. I still got my discount, it printed all my labels  & scan form. I'm sure this is caused by the update they're doing for June.  Until Ebay fixes the problem, just use Paypal.

Yes, when I try to print first class the shipping label comes out blank.
I printed Fed Ex and the label came out right.
My husband worked on printer and the printer works but not with ebay labels!!!!

I have been trying all day to print a label.  Stalls out on the last step.

luv2........... Chrome should work fine, just make sure it is opening PDF files with Adobe and not its built in reader.

Do you see the label preview?

Do you see Adobe at the top left of the preview?
