I am trying to add two photos in response to a customer message. The photos start to load, then at 40% I get a server error. I have tried multiple times, also tried dropping them in.
Sometimes editing a listing when a customer has messaged on it can cause the problem as the editing is restricted. I would end the listing then use sell similar and put it back up with the added pics. That should work. Let the customer know your going to do that so they can find the new listing.
I am pretty far along in an auction with multiple bidders....I have added a verbal response to the question. but, frustrated a server error is being reported...with a remove photo and try again message.
That's exactly the problem I am having and it still goes on today. The only time you should have a problem with pics during an auction is when someone has placed a bid and then you are restricted as to what you can add or change on the auction. Having a problem adding a pic to a message from a Buyer through Ebay messages should not be a problem.
