Hello I am having trouble I have received an offer on an item  but when I respond to the offer the page just comes up with sorry its not you its us, so I cannot close the sale and the offer is only on for 24hrs can you help.

I see you are registered in the UK, but you are currently signed in to the US ebay.com site.

Try signing out here and signing back in to the UK site:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/

Check to see if the buyer is still registered; sometimes eBay pulls a user's account, in which case you will not be able to accept the offer.
