site says that I have hit my seller limits for the month, and I have not even come close. I have a store, and can’t list anything

Sounds like ebay lowered your selling limits because you have not sold in a while.

I have been selling for 18 years. This limit was just put on my account with no explanation as to why. I have top seller status, so it’s baffling

Did you try to contact ebay? or sent increase limit request to them?
