Hi there

Yesterday i cancel my Terapeak subscription and after that I cannot access my orders

I can only see how many items I sold and total amount at the bottom of the page

all rows of information are invisible ,missing

below my screenshot. I never had this before

That type of thing has been happening to some (but not the Terapeak part). No specific resolutions I can recall.

You might try opting into the new Seller Hub orders page by putting in a request here:
https://community.ebay.com/t5/Seller-Hub/Opt-in-for-new-version-of-Orders-Page-on-Seller-Hub/m-p/294...

If that works for you (which it should), good to go unless you don't like it. You could then try reverting to the classic SH view (link in upper right of new page), and hope the current glitch isn't still there (but reverting is one way - you have to request back into the new page again).


Finally, as always, you could try another browser and see if anything changes (I don't think that helped any of the others with the same issue, but it's an easy thing to try.)
