search engine keywords not loading

when the search engine keywords is clicked, it does not load and reverts me back to the manage my store summary. This has been like this for over 5 days and have been on the phone with ebay daily to get it fixed. Does anyone know what the issue could be?

Me too!
We can no longer manage our keywords, it's not an option for us anymore. It's one of the new changes that eBay has made to stores and subscriptions. I wonder if this is why my store dropped 90%+ activity.

I have the same issue. i started a store a couple of months ago and having unpreceded problems that were never ther when i was selling without one. Many of my listings have 0 views for many days or are not viewed at all even when i list them for 10 days auctions. With no SEO available on the edit store the sales crush...

We're experiencing the same.  Made a post here too.  Sales have tanked.  Our store has gotten ZERO impressions since the beginning of June!?!  I've contacted eBay multiple times, and get the same answer.  They put in a work order,  say they'll watch the account, promise to call back in 24 - 48 hours, but never do.  I asked to speak to a manager, I end up either having to wait an hour or just hang up due to the torture of constantly hearing that same flamenco guitar music or whatever style that is.
