Make sure you are signed in to the same eBay account you used to make the original purchase.

Have you tried a different browser? If you're using Google Chrome, try using an "Incognito" Window. If you're using Mozilla or Internet Explorer, try a different one. 

I have had similar issues with shipping labels as a seller, the very wise CS (haha) gave me this info and it worked!

P.S. Anyone else reading this, yes, I called CS wise. It was a miracle.... Every other time they lie or act like idiots...
